Return and Exchange Policy

We at ZipMaster Supply Co. are committed to providing high quality products and to the satisfaction of our customers. All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved before accepted and products must be in their original packaging and unused unless otherwise specified.

Returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase.

A 20% restocking fee may apply and is at the discretion of management.
